My practice focuses on representing employees in a variety of employment law cases including wrongful termination, whistleblowing/retaliation, discrimination and wage and hour cases.  Most people who call me are seriously frustrated and upset about an employer’s questionable conduct.  My job is to help you determine whether you have legal remedies and, if you do, to obtain favorable resolution of your issue(s) in the most efficient manner possible.  While I cannot help everyone who calls me, I am a good listener and try my best to find help for everyone, even if I am not able to provide representation.

Every client I help is a unique individual.  For that reason, I take the time to get to know my clients.  Together, we discuss concerns and goals.  Then, we work together to achieve those goals.  For some, this requires aggressive litigation.  For others, it requires creative dispute resolution techniques.  In the end, my goal is to help you speak the truth to its fullest and in so doing, obtain justice.
